Mermaid Car Wash is a car wash in Madison, Wisconsin. It is listed at 526 Grand Canyon Dr, Madison, WI 53719, which places it among the local businesses of Madison that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

In Madison, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Wisconsin, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–5:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (608) 833-9274. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is mermaidcarwash.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating is 3.7 out of 5 from 736 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Madison is in Wisconsin, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Madison is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Wisconsin's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My girlfriend mentioned this car wash was very good. They cleaned her car exterior and the interior and she was very happy when I went there. The exterior wash was good but the Interior clean was pretty bad. I understand it was at the end of the day and they were busy. Although kind of a waste of money to pay for interior clean, I kind of expected a better wipe down at least. ⭐️⭐️ stars interior clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars exterior Wash

I would not take your car here. After I washed my car I saw water spots on the paint. They supposedly "hand dry" your car, but they don't dry it all the way. A few hours later I had to go around the car with my quick detailer spray to clean up the water spots on the car. I also had to use Windex on my windows because they didn't really clean the windows thoroughly. Not to mention the tire shine that they use sucks. After driving the car around a few hours the tires looked like they didn't have any shine on them. So much for that $4.00 extra that you pay on the lower tiers for a car wash. I had to use my own tire shine. Plus as I was going around with the quick detailer, with the Windex, and the Meguire's tire shine I saw little chips on the winshield, body, and a small but noticeable chip on the passenger front tire. Plus before I let my car get washed at Mermaid I remember seeing all the little nipples on the tires. When I was going around with my own tire shine majority of those little nipples were gone. I get that they need to do things fast paced, but for the prices people pay to have their car washed the quality isn't their. Not to mention the package that I got also dusted th

I was going to clean my 2014 Stealth Trailer by hand but decided to look into an easier option before I put it into storage for the Summer. Am I glad I went to Mermaid Car Wash! Besides a full detail which included a chassis bath and a wash of the top of the trailer, their Detail Department guided me through their options, of which I decided on an 8 year Ceramic Coating. Wow is all I can say! What a Great Job! I highly recommend them after seeing what they did for me! Great Job Mermaid!

This is probably the best car wash I’ve been to. The staff are friendly and kind. They also did a great job of cleaning the exterior and interior of my car. The bonus is the parrots at the cashier
